Wrapping by hand is slow, uses more film than it should and leaves every pallet a little different. The OneWrap turns the pallet for you while the carriage rises and falls, so each load gets the same number of layers at the same tension.
An infrared sensor reads the height of the load, a soft start eases heavy pallets into motion, and you can save up to 10 programs for the loads you wrap most often.

What size pallets can the OneWrap handle?
Loads up to 2,400kg and 2,600mm high, on a turntable of 1,500, 1,650 or 1,800mm diameter. For anything bigger or heavier, the BeeWrap+ robot wrapper has no turntable limit.
Which film carriage should I choose?
The LP powered pre-stretch carriage suits high volumes and gives the biggest film savings. The FM carriage lets you adjust tension from the panel for mixed loads, and the M carriage is a simple option for standard loads.
What power does the OneWrap need?
It runs on standard 230V single phase power, so most sites can plug it in without electrical upgrades.
Should I choose a turntable or a robot wrapper?
A turntable wrapper like the OneWrap is usually faster for standard pallets at a fixed wrapping station. The BeeWrap+ robot suits oversized or awkward loads, or wrapping in different spots around the site.
