Wrap oversized loads anywhere on site
Turntable wrappers are limited by the size and weight of the turntable. The BeeWrap+ follows the shape of the load instead, so it handles pallets too big or too heavy for a turntable, along with long or awkward loads.
It needs only about 1.15m of clear space around the load, and its maintenance-free AGM batteries are good for around 400 pallets per charge.

How does a robot pallet wrapper work?
The BeeWrap+ drives itself around the load, following its shape while the carriage moves up and down applying film. Because there is no turntable, the pallet stays where it is.
What loads is the BeeWrap+ best for?
Oversized, heavy, long or unstable loads that will not fit or are too heavy for a turntable, and sites that need to wrap in more than one place.
How many pallets will it wrap on one charge?
Around 400 pallets per charge on its two 12V 75Ah AGM batteries. The batteries are maintenance-free.
How much space does it need?
About 1,150mm of clear space around the load, and the load must be at least 600 x 600mm.
Should I choose a robot or a turntable wrapper?
For standard pallets at a fixed wrapping station, a turntable like the OneWrap is usually faster. Choose the BeeWrap+ for oversized or awkward loads, or when you need to wrap in different spots around the site.
