An Italian-made battery strapping tool for 10 to 16mm PP and PET strap. A Bosch brushless motor and Delrin internals keep it running shift after shift, and at 3.7kg it’s easy on the wrist.
Press once and it does the rest
In automatic mode, one press of the trigger tensions the strap, friction welds the joint and cuts it clean. Every strap gets the same tension and the same seal, whoever is holding the tool.
Friction welding fuses the strap to itself, so there are no metal seals to buy, stock or sweep up, and no sharp clip edges for your team to catch a hand on.
Built for the packing line
Balanced over the handle, so it works just as comfortably on vertical pallet straps as it does on horizontal bundles.
Bosch brushless motor
No carbon brushes to wear out or replace, less heat inside the casing and strong torque all shift long.
Delrin internals
Precision-machined Delrin components stand up to the wear of daily warehouse use, which keeps downtime to a minimum.
Soft mode for fragile loads
Switch to soft mode and tension is capped at 500N, so light cartons and soft packs are secured without crushed edges.

Should I choose the GT-One+ or the GT-Xtreme?
The GT-One+ suits most warehouse and pallet work, running 10 to 16mm PP and PET strap at up to 2,750N. If you’re strapping heavy industrial loads with 19mm high-tensile strap and need up to 4,200N, the GT-Xtreme is the better fit.
How many straps will the GT-One+ do on one charge?
Around 400 straps per charge on PP strap, and around 200 on PET at higher tension. The exact number depends on strap thickness and your tension setting.
How do I get the GT-One+ serviced in Australia?

Can the GT-One+ be used for horizontal strapping?
Yes. The tool’s weight sits over the handle, so it’s comfortable on vertical pallet straps and on horizontal bundles alike.
Why use a friction weld instead of metal seals?
A friction weld fuses the strap to itself, so you don’t need to buy or stock metal seals. It also removes metal waste and the sharp edges that can cut hands when straps are removed.
